UPDATE: Adriana Moldovan has been located by Abbotsford Police and is in good health. Police say an alert citizen assisted police in locating the teen.
Abbotsford Police are trying to track down a missing teen.
Police were contacted on Wednesday night by the care worker of Adriana Moldovan, 13, to report her missing from her home.
Although the teen has been reported missing in the past, she has typically returned home in a short time.
This time, police have been unable to locate her through any or her regular contacts or social media.
Moldovan is described as 5' 2", 165 pounds and with black hair. She was last seen wearing a purple hoodie, a turquoise sleeveless shirt, black pants with snaps on the bottom, and runners.
