Four people received breast cancer ribbon tattoos at the Heat hockey game on Friday night as part of the Pink in the Rink event.
Inked at Pink in the Rink was held by Memento Mori Studios Inc. as a fundraiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF).
The public was invited to purchase a $100 package that included two tickets to the game and a cancer ribbon tattoo, or just two tickets to the game for $50.
Four of those people were selected to receive their tattoos at the Heat game versus the Houston Aeros at the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre.
Others who purchased the package will receive their tattoos by appointment.
Chris Gauthier, studio director of Memento Mori Studios, said the promotion raised about $500 for the CBCF's annual Run for the Cure.
