The AMFA celebrated the beginning of the 2019 season on Saturday

The Abbotsford Minor Fastball Association kicked off the 2019 season in a big way on Saturday.

The AMFA’s official opening ceremonies event saw all players participate in an parade to kick off the festivities, with a festival/carnival event taking over the Abbotsford Show Barns in the morning and afternoon.

Exhibition games at Ellwood Park also occurred, with games running from 10 a.m. until later in the evening.
