Ledgeview Golf and Country Club is playing host to the B.C. Mid-Amateur men's golf championship next week.
The event, for golfers age 25 and older, runs Tuesday through Thursday (June 2-6) starting at 7:30 a.m. daily and will feature a field of athletes from B.C., Alberta and Washington.
Within the format are two divisions: the mid-amateur for players 25-39, and the masters 40 for players 40 and over. Prizes are awarded for the top finishers in each division, and the team to represent B.C. at the Canadian Mid-Amateur is selected, in part, from the participants in this championship.
