Skatelife Abbotsford is hosting a fundraising dance in conjunction with local swing dance club Suburban Swing on Sunday evening.
The event runs Sunday from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at the Abbotsford Social Activity Association hall, 33889 Essendene Ave. Tickets are $9 for adults and $8 for students.
$1 from each ticket, plus proceeds from the 50/50 draw and silent auction, go to support Skatelife Abbotsford, the local chapter of a national Christian initiative that reaches out to at-risk youth through the sport of skateboarding.
