Re: Harm reduction debate continues: Mayor wants detox centre.
In the midst of the harm reduction argument why are the wait times for detox, and the waiting periods between to get into treatment centres, not the main issues?
It does not make sense to add another facet towards rehabilitation until the debilitating wait times between these programs stops being a hurdle often too high to jump.
