We would like to thank the Abbotsford Fire and Rescue Service for rescuing our 14-year-old German shepherd-Rottweiler Mary from her fall down a cliff two weeks ago, after she had been missing for over 24 hours.
The firefighters put their lives at risk to save our beloved pet. We were impressed with the way they treated her, as if they were rescuing a human being. They took their time and weighed their decisions, professionally and efficiently. Mary has been part of our family for years and we were delighted to be reunited with her after this adventure.
