According to the latest news from the Vancouver School Board, there are over 40 schools that need upgrading in case of earthquakes.

The cost is estimated to be $1 billion which, according to B.C Hydro, is the cost of installing smart meters on every home in B.C.

It seems to me it would make more sense for the provincial government to upgrade the schools instead of installing a gadget on every home that could cause illness.
