My first impression of the tree sculpture with only raspberries, was of the simple singlemindedness of the individual who has created it, and the manager of the city and mayor accepting that it cost us taxpayers 52,000 hard-earned dollars.
Surely this city grows many more different kinds of berries, grapes and fruit, which this tree could have displayed.
This city needs a new mayor and city manager, especially after the new sports stadium disaster and an AHL team holding the city ransom for multiple thousands of dollars each year.
This stadium was brought about without any taxpayer’s sayso.
My youngest child is more money wise than our city leaders are displaying.
God help us all.
