I am amazed at the patience and professional consistency that unpaid cannon opponents continue to exhibit during a very long dialogue on what is a basic right that we have all come to expect, that being an individual's right to the quiet enjoyment of their place of residence.
It applies itself to other farm practices: The neighbourhood dog, excessive partying and many other noises issues that disturb the community. Why is the cannon noise (at decibels that compare to a rock concert) allowed to continue? It just doesn't compute.
