Why is it so hard for people when garbage day is cancelled because of bad weather to just phone and find out when the next pickup is?
Instead, they just leave it out by the curb, and the crows and various other animals get into the garbage that then ends up a mess along the road. I just phoned and found out that the pick-up was going to be next week as usual.
