Nora Deadman is a real inspiration.
Why has she lived 105 years? It’s all about attitude. She’s happy. She’s seen a lot throughout her life.
It shows that you can do whatever you want if you focus on it – living a long life is a prime example.
She is an inspiration to me. I am a writer, and I have written my first book. It has not been published yet, but I know I can make it happen if I really want to, and I do.
The same thing goes for health. If a person wants to be healthy, he/she can be.
You can tell that she is enjoying herself when you look at the picture of her standing by that table. And the fact that she can walk briskly means that she is in excellent shape.
Giving up on life is wrong. Live a good life.
