I want to comment on the art piece at the McCallum Road roundabout. First of all, that is a lot of money to spend on a piece of art, when we should be looking at saving money. It is a distraction for drivers, and thus becomes a safety issue. Cell phones are banned, apparently eating while driving is also being considered as a distraction. I think this is a waste of taxpayers’ money. This is not the place for this type of structure. I sure hope the Clearbrook Road roundabout does not get one. Judy Prachnau
