Born in Liverpool, England January 31, 1943 passed away peacefully March 2, 2018 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
Bill is survived by his loving family; wife Susan; daughter Victoria; grandchildren Cody and Kiley; his siblings Lillian (Tom), Carol (Eric), Marian (John) and Paul (Sue); other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his father William Henry Blackett; mother Lillian Marian Winrow and stepfather Joseph Winrow.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, March 20 at 11 a.m. at the Best Western Plus, 32110 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.
