Wayne Arthur Witala of Abbotsford BC passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on July 24, 2004 at 60 years of age. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Bernice, daughters Davida (Dave) MacDonald and Shawna Witala. He is survived by his brother Donald Witala (Donna) and 5 sisters Marlene McDonald, Marilyn Quinnell (Bob), Judy Witala, Maxine Witala and Debbie Styler (Roger). "Uncle Wayne" will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews and fondly remembered by his many lifelong friends.
A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at 10:30 am at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St. Mission BC Burial to follow at Hatzic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Palliative Home Care Division.
