Walter Goertz passed away into the presence of his Lord on February 29, 2004 at the age of 77 years. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Anne, children Lorna, David (Wendy) and Pauline (Tim) Harder, six grandchildren and three sisters.

Memorial service will be held Monday, March 8, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at Peace Mennonite Church, 11571 Daniels Road, Richmond, B.C. Reception to follow. Flowers gratefully declined. Doantions in Walter’s memory to Peace Mennonite Church, designated for the new Spanish Church or to Mennonite Central Committee B.C. would be appreciated.
