February 14, 1922 - April 4, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother on April 4 at age 99 years at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband John, parents George and Alice, siblings George and Iris and great granddaughter Hailey Haig-Greenwood.
She is lovingly remembered by her children; David, Iris (Brian) Prentice of Victoria, Maureen, Vivian, Susan (David) Patmore of North Vancouver, Christine, Hazel, John (Leona) of West Kelowna; 8 grandchildren; Tracey, Scott, Rachelle, Andrew, Jennifer, Angela, Lindsay, Ian, 13 great grandchildren, as well as many loving family members in England and BC.
Mum was born in London, U.K. She lived and worked in London and met our Dad during the war and in 1946 immigrated to Abbotsford to marry her husband.
Due to Covid, a family graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
