HILDEBRAND Susan (nee Schroeder). Susan Hildebrand, 78, of Abbotsford, BC, formerly from Winkler, MB, passed away on September 6, 2013. She will be remembered for her generous heart, positive spirit and energy, sense of humour and love of life. An amazing mother who never stopped loving, sister, and friend to many, she is survived by her children, Patti (Howard), Janette and Byron (Erin), and grandsons Justin, Brandon and Mitchell, her sisters & brothers Lorance (Bob), Margaret, Deloris, Laura, Edna & Donald. Susan was married for 50 years to John E. Hildebrand of Abbotsford, BC, formerly from Winkler, MB, before his passing in November 2008. The funeral service will be held at Clearbrook MB Church in Abbotsford, BC at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2013. Susan was born in RM of Roland, MB on August 6, 1935 to George and Elizabeth Schroeder. During her life she was a school teacher, cake decorator, florist, cashier and MCC manager. She was committed to working for the Lord in her retirement and involved with Helping Hands, MCC and many other charities. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Helping Hands care of Prairie Chapel, Abbotsford BC, available at the service.
