LOWE Richard. Richard (Rick) Edward Lowe passed away on August 29, 2012 in Abbotsford Regional Hospital at the age of 65. Rick was born in Regina, SK on September 18, 1946. Rick leaves behind his wife Valerie, daughter Amber (Stefan Kirsch), son Jodi (Rebecca) and 5 grandchildren Hanna & Paul Kirsch and Isabella, Ruby & Zen Ortega-Lowe, brother Bob (Sharon), numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Rick was predeceased by his father John and mother Helen. Rick will be missed by family and friends.
