June 11, 1912 - July 9, 2003
Born in the Ukraine, immigrating to Canada in 1923 and settling in Rabbit Lake, Sask.
He served the Lord in many areas, with his motto "Looking Unto Jesus".
Funeral Services were held at the Olivet Mennonite Church on July 13, 2003.
Predeceased by his parents, sister Tina Martens, son-in-law Bob Schapansky. Leaves to mourn his wife Clara, brother Peter (Eliz), daughters Margaret Schapansky, Elsie, Kathy Stauffer, son John (Karen), 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
His work on earth has ended after many years of serving the Lord. His greatest wish and desire was that we all would meet again "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder."
