Patrick Simon Van Leeuwen went home to be with his Lord on March 2, 2003, at the age of 45, after a lengthy illness.
Pat is survived by his loving wife Linda, children Yolanda, David (Melissa), one grandson Jonathan, his mother Jenny Van Leeuwen, mother-in-law Geertje Van der Kooi, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased ny his father Jake Van Leeuwen, father-in-law Dirk Van der Kooi, and 2 brothers.
A memorial service was held on Thursday at First Christian Reformed Church, Chilliwack. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C.
