Patrick, beloved father, husband, son, uncle and cherished friend who fought valiantly and courageously against cancer, passed away on June 7, 2007 in Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Predeceased by his father Alexander, Patrick is survived by his loving wife Jackie; children Nikki, Sarah and Scott; his dear mother Ruby (Robert) Cassidy; brother Bruce; sister Jennifer Johnson, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Patrick will forever be loved and cherished by all who knew him and in his memory we will always remember to enjoy the journey.
