In the early morning of April 15, 2015, Oskar passed away peacefully in the palliative care ward at the Abbotsford hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Oskar was pre-deceased by his mother, Anny, on September 17, 2010. He is survived by his father, Edwin (Martha), of Langley; his brother Rick (Tina), of Surrey; his sons; Steve, of Abbotsford; Scott, of Surrey, Joe, of Abbotsford and David, of Abbotsford. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 22 at 2:00 pm at the Cascade Community Church in Abbotsford - 35190 DeLair Road. A private interment will precede the celebration of life.
