Martha Graydon (nee Graham) passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord on July 21, 2007. Martha will be best remembered for her resilience in the face of life’s many challenges and for the down to earth way in which she touched the lives of many friends and family. She will be greatly missed by her family: daughters Kathy Dennis of Beaumont, Maxine Graydon of Dease Lake, BC and son and daughter-in-law Gordon and Anne Graydon of Grande Prairie; grandchildren Tanya (Mark) Koob, Carson Graydon, Jared (Amy), Amber and Chelsea Dennis; Âsisters Dorris Jones and Jackie Hayward, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law. Martha was predeceased by her husband John of 47 years, as well as brothers Don and George Graham and sister Jean. A Celebration of Life will be held at Wilson’s Funeral Chapel, 6120 Highway 2A, Lacombe, Alberta on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, #101, 5208 - 53 Ave., Red Deer, Alberta T4N 5K2.
