It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend. Lyle will forever be missed by his beautiful loving wife of 50 years, Kathy, their son Marty (Adriana) and their daughter Sandi (Julio). Also missing their Papa are his six grandchildren, Devon, Julia, Kaila, Paige, Nolan, and Jonathan, along with Lyle's siblings; sisters Phyllis, Iris and Marg, and brothers Murray and Rob (predeceased by his brother Walter). Lyle had many life long friends that will forever hold him dear in their hearts, especially the happy hour gang at Crown Point. Dad always had a kind word and a beautiful smile for everyone he met. All lives he touched were made a little more special. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 25, 2014 at St. Ann's Parish (33333 Mayfair Ave, Abbotsford) with a reception to follow at Crown Point Villas Clubhouse (34959 Old Clayburn Rd., Abbotsford). Special thanks to the Nurses of Baker 2 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and to Dr. C. Codio for excellent care in his final days, and to Dr. I. Cappon for his many years of care.
