Katie Elisabeth passed away peacefully in Langley, BC on Jan. 31, 2006. She was born in Germany on Oct. 22, 1918. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Anker and her son Hans. Katie is survived by her daughter Anna Marie (Mike) Racicot and Erika (Geoff) Belyea.
Katie was a devoted Oma to her grandchildren Matthew (Sarah), Erika, Mark, and Justine and Katie. She is also survived by Âsister Edith Koster of Germany. She will be sadly missed by all of her family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 at 11:00 am at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Mission, BC.
