BATSCHKUN; Joyce. Mrs. Joyce (nee Watkins) Batschkun late of Abbotsford, BC passed away on August 7, 2014 at the age of 70 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cathy Fuzesi, son, Paul Batschkun, daughter Sherry Hull; 4 grandchildren; her mother, Hettie Watkins; and her siblings, Madeline Munroe, Doreen Granville, Howard Watkins, Ken Watkins, Donna White, Ben Watkins, Karen George, Sherry Taylor and Hardy Watkins. She was predeceased by Arthur Batschkun (2000), and her father, Sidney Watkins (2010). Joyce enjoyed spending time with family, reading, knitting, crafts, playing cards, scrabble and facebook. A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford, BC. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
