John Robert (Bob)
Bob passed away April 18, 2007, at the age of 70, in MSA Hospital after a lengthy struggle with lung disease.
Bob was born July 7, 1936 in Fort St. John, BC. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather. He is lovingly remembered by Elsie, his wife of almost 50 years, son Peter and wife Tony, their children Christine, Gregory and Andrew and daughter Brenda and her husband John. Also survived by twin brothers, Garrie and Garnet, sisters Beatrice and Laura, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob's quick wit, keen sense of humor and big heart will be missed by many.
The family wishes to sincerely thank all of the caring and efficient staff in the ICU for their respect and kindness. They helped Bob maintain his dignity throughout his short, yet difficult, stay in the hospital. This was a comfort for us all.
A celebration of Bob's life will be held at a later date.
