William John "Jack" Griffiths peacefully passed away into the presence of his Lord on June 1, 2003 at MSA Hospital, Abbotsford.
Jack was predeceased by his first wife Myrtle, his parents and sister Shirley Meyers.
Jack had a tremendous love for hardball and started playing in Edmonton and later continued to play in Vancouver. For four years Jack served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He also enjoyed singing in the Jubilee Choir, serving as Greeter in the Church and when he wasn't able to stand on his feet any longer, he missed the interaction with the people.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, June 9, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., from Central Heights Church at 1661 McCallum Road, with Pastor Chris Douglas officiating.
Donations may be made to the Central Heights Mission Program in memory of Jack.
