Jacob Kornelsen was born on Dec. 27, 1932, in Manitoba.
He married Doris Loewen in 1953. They settled in Kola, MB in 1961 where Jake worked as an electrician. In 1970, he moved his family and business to Abbotsford, BC.
He was a man of integrity and perseverance.
On Oct. 28, 2022 Jake passed into the presence of his Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ. He is survived by his wife Doris, 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 23 greatgrandchildren. Jake is also survived by 3 of 10 siblings.
A memorial service is planned for Mon., Nov. 28th, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Northview Church on Downes Rd.
