August 26, 1935 - April 25, 2024
Herman was called home to be with Jesus on April 25, 2024. He was born in Ochre River, Manitoba on August 26, 1935, to Gerd and Martha (née Meyerhoff) Abbas.
The family moved to north Mt. Lehman in 1956 and in 1966 Herman moved to Clearbrook with his parents when they retired.
Since the middle 1980's Herman has been cared for by MCC Supportive Care Services, now named Communitas. We are so thankful to them for the loving care given to our dear brother.
Herman is predeceased by his parents, his brother George Abbas, 1986 and sister Freda Sigmund, 2007.
He will be missed by his sisters Dina Stout, Martha (Calvin) Brandt and sister-in-law Laverne Abbas, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held May 11 at 11 o'clock at Hazelwood Cemetery.
