Heine was taken to be with his Lord on February 28, 2003 in Abbotsford at the age of 89 years. He was born in Doezum, the Netherlands, January 12, 1914. He is predeceased by his loving wife Teresa in March 2000, and his grandson Howard Kingma in 1991.
He leaves to mourn his loving children, Anke Kingma (Andy), Henry Hut (Alida), Nel Croft (Gary), Wilma Faber (Ted), Sylvia Griffioen (Nol), Evelyn Floris (Simon). Also leaves one sister Wietske Gjaltema in Pitt Meadows.
Opa will be greatly missed by his 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of his life will be held March 4, 2003 at 12:30 p.m. at the Gateway Community Christian Reformed Church, 1951 McCallum Road, Abbotsford, B.C. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all the nurses and staff of the Dialysis Unit in Abbotsford for the wonderful loving care that was given to our Dad.
