PLENERT, George. Late of Abbotsford. Born in Herbert, Sask peacefully went to be with his Lord February, 2, 2012 at the age of 88 years. Survived by his loving family, wife of 54 years Tina; son Dave (Ruth) Plenert; daughter Grace (Dan) Rempel; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and last remaining brother Art Plenert. George will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends. George had eagerly anticipated the birth of his second great-grandchild due later in February. Memorial Celebration will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Emmanuel Mennonite Church, 3471 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford BC. If desired memorial donations in lieu of flowers to MCC or Union Gospel Mission Gratefully appreciated.
