Eleanor Hope Sanderson-Christie late of Mission, B.C., passed away on Saturday, February 22nd, 2003 at Mission Memorial Hospital at the age of 85 years. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Christie in 1973.
Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her son Dale Christie and daughter-in-law Linda Christie and grandson Kenny; her dear friends Denise and Ray Goertz and Carol Telford. She was a member of the Alanon and Alteen.
A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 28, 2003, 10:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, with Reverend Les Goertz officiating and the Legion presenting the Last Post.
Burial will follow at Hatzic Cemetery. Eleanor's family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Schoichet and Dr. Breckenridge and the nursing staff at Mission Memorial Hospital as well as home care staff for all their tender care through her sickness.
