November 1, 1934 - June 13, 2018
Edgar Mitchell passed away peacefully at Menno Home in Abbotsford at the age of 83. Ed was born in Saskatchewan where he was raised with his 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
He is survived by his wife Eunice, sons Lyle and John, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his son Darryle. Ed moved to Abbotsford with his family in 1972 and worked for Remple Brothers Concrete for nearly two decades before retiring.
He enjoyed fishing and crabbing and spent many summers along the shores with his family.
It is Ed's wishes to not have a funeral service, however the family will have a private gathering in the summer where people can eat, share stories and memories of Ed.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Canadian Kidney foundation.
