Doris Levasseur passed away peacefully on January 20, 2003 at the age of 95 years.
She was predeceased by two husbands Henry Levasseur in 1958 and Clarence Gilman (Gillie) in 1983, by her sons Noel in 1987, aged 53, Paul in 1990, age 60 and her daughter Lucille in 1997, age 59 years.
She is survived by her loving family, daughter Armande and husband Francis Mayer, son Wally and wife Liezl Levasseur, 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren. Also by one brother Dave Dureault, sister Anita Wandfluh and many nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, January 22, at 8:00 p.m. in St. Ann's Parish, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 23 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Hazelwood Cemetery.
