David Humbke, born March 15, 1952 in Wetaskawin, Alberta, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2016 after his battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father, Richard Humbke, and survived by his daughter Carlotta Humbke (Kelly) and two grandchildren David and Kaiya, his mother Katherine Humbke and siblings, Pauline, Jay (Sis), Sharon (Ivan), Corinne (Bob), Laura (Terry), Ken (Sue). He is now at peace and will always be remembered for his love of reading and life long learning, spending time with his grandchildren, his Hawaiian shirts and his talent in woodworking. He will be dearly missed by all.
