Brad, born on November 2, 1983 in Burnaby, BC, passed away suddenly on January 14, 2006 in Surrey, BC. He is predeceased by his papa and grandpa. Brad is survived by his mother Sharon (Steve) Collier; his father Henry (Pao) Devison; sisters Andrea, Danielle, Paula, and his brother Larry. Brad is also survived by his niece Aysha; three nephews Tyson, Elijah, Ethan; his nana and many other family and close friends. Brad will be sadly missed by all of his loving family and friends.
Memorial service will be held for Brad at the Annex building of the Surrey Memorial Hospital on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 1:00 pm. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made, in Brad's memory, to the BC Paraplegic Association.
