MATTIES Agnes
Agnes Matties was born in Tchernovski, Siberia, Russia on December 21, 1922. She passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness with family by her side in the Abbotsford Hospital on November 26, 2008.
Predeceased by her parents, Wilhelm and Agnes Matties; Daniel and Liese Warkentin, Jacob Matties, Willie Matties, Abe Matties, Frank and Mary Janzen, and John Anderson.
Agnes was a loving and caring sister, cousin, and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She is survived by Louise Matties, Margaret Reimer, Helen Matties, Bill and Sally Staples, Waldo and Mary Thiessen, Henry and Margaret Matties, Martha Anderson, and John and Dolores Matties. She will be greatly missed by all her extended family.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 5, 2008 at Clearbrook MB Church, 2719 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford.
