Fire destroyed an older trailer in the abandoned Allwood Trailer Park on Allwood Street in Abbotsford on Saturday morning, next to the Real Canadian Superstore.
At about 7:30 a.m., emergency crews were called out to a fully involved blaze in the trailer.
It appears as though the trailers have been used by squatters for some time.
Fire crews are mopping up at about 8:30 and are waiting for investigators.
