The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office in Washington State has confirmed this morning that the suspect in yesterday's day-long manhunt was arrested last night in Abbotsford.
The office referred further questions to U.S. Customs and Border Service, but spokesman Michael Milne said the agency would not be commenting until after 11 a.m. today.
Const. Ian MacDonald said the Abbotsford Police Department will be issuing a press release on the matter at noon.
