A semi trailer and tractor flipped and spilled its load of wood on Fraser Highway in Abbotsford at about 10:30 a.m. today (Thursday).
The incident happened at the westbound Mt. Lehman off-ramp from Highway 1 as it rounds the corner and merges with Fraser Highway.
The crash is also located just south of the Highstreet shopping complex and west of the Blue Jay Street and Maclure Road intersection. Westbound traffic is blocked at Maclure Road at Blue Jay Street, as well as at the Fraser Highway westbound overpass and the westbound Highway 1 off-ramp.
The westbound Mt. Lehman off-ramp is expected to remain closed until between 5 and 6 p.m. as cleanup continues.
"There's wood everywhere," a witness told The News.
Police, fire crews and tow trucks are on scene. Nobody was injured in the crash.
