The Pet Lover Show is on now at Tradex (1190 Cornell St.) in Abbotsford.
The show runs Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Now in its third year, the show has doubled in size to 120,000 square feet of exhibits and features.
There are informative seminars and exhibits by top professionals, rabbit and dog agility shows, raptor shows, the International Cat Association-affiliated cat show, a dog fashion show, horse clinics and K9 detection demonstrations.
There will be seminars focused on a variety of topics, including horse rescue, canine first aid, animal health, dog park safety and more.
There will be an area to meet the breed, where you can talk to breeders and breed clubs about different dogs including the Alaskan Klee Kai, Great Danes, Irish wolfhounds, poodles, whippets and more. There will also be opportunities to meet with llamas – or meet snakes, lizards and more with Mike the Reptile Guy.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and youth, free for kids five and younger, or $32 for a family with two youth and two adults.
