Traffic was blocked for a brief period in the northbound lanes of Sumas Way (Highway 11) near the South Fraser Way intersection at about 7:30 a.m. Monday due to a minor accident.
The 56-year-old male driver of a1993 Ford sedan lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree, according to police. He was not seriously injured.
Abbotsford Police were on the scene, as well as a tow truck, which removed the damaged vehicle.
