A minor accident is affecting traffic on the westbound Highway 1 offramp at Sumas Way.
Crews are clearing two vehicles from the scene and Abbotsford Police Department officers are controling traffic both leaving the offramp and entering the eastbound onramp.
As of 3:35 p.m, the scene had been mostly cleared and traffic was resuming regular flow.
