Car flips in Abbotsford, road conditions still challenging

Driving conditions remain treacherous, and a vehicle flipped onto its roof near Highway 1 and Mount Lehman Road.

Despite Friday’s warming trend, driving conditions remain treacherous.flipped car A vehicle flipped onto its roof near Highway 1 and the Mount Lehman Road interchange,near the eastbound off-ramp, at about 3 p.m.

The occupant of the car was able to get out, and appeared to have suffered no serious injuries.

Road conditions are dangerous in the easternmost parts of the Fraser Valley, and freezing rain is expected east of Chilliwack.
