UPDATE w/ VIDEO: Stabbing at Killer’s Cove Marina in Harrison Hot Springs

Three suspects apprehended by Agassiz RCMP at the scene

Emergency crews were called to the scene of a reported stabbing at Killer’s Cove Marina in Harrison Hot Springs at about 6 p.m. on Wednesday (August 5).

Agassiz RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Mike Sargent reported Thursday that three potential suspects were apprehended at the scene.

According to emergency scanner information, four RCMP units and two EHS units were en route with a Medevac helicopter being dispatched as well. Witnesses report police chasing two vehicles – a white Jeep and an old white Chrysler through Agassiz.

The Agassiz Fire Department was present to assist emergency crews transfer the male victim to the helicopter, and he was airlifted to Royal Columbian Hospital.

“The investigation remains ongoing at this time,” according to an Agassiz RCMP statement. “Any witnesses or anyone with information regarding this incident are to come forward and contact the Agassiz RCMP.”
