A new vision for East Abbotsford is taking shape – one that will benefit Sumas Mountain locals and their Abbotsford neighbours alike with improved transportation networks for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.

Spearheaded by Mann Group, the $14-million project extends a critical one-mile stretch of Marshall Road on Sumas Mountain in East Abbotsford, and includes extensive roadworks and civil engineering efforts that reshape the future of transport for Abbotsford residents and visitors.

“Our commitment goes beyond just building roads; it’s about crafting a future that enhances the quality of life for not only Grovemont residents, but the community as a whole.” says Inder Mann, President & CEO of Mann Group, noting the development not only improves transportation but also stimulates economic growth, creating job opportunities and supporting local businesses.

The new road will link the east to the west to Sumas Way (Highway 11), Old Yale Road, Whatcom Road and Marshall Road.
