Abbotsford Police investigates weekend hit-and-run

Pedestrian suffers minor injuries but driver of grey Toyota Corolla flees

A pedestrian was struck in a hit-and-run at Clearbrook Road and Maclure Road in Abbotsford on Saturday night (Oct. 29), according to an Abbotsford Police Department Facebook post.

APD members attended the scene after 7:50 p.m. to find the pedestrian suffered minimal injuries. However, the driver fled the scene and didn’t come forward to police.

Witnesses described the involved vehicle as a grey Toyota Corolla while APD discovered a Toyota emblem on the scene.

Those with information or dashcam footage of the incident are asked to call APD at 604-859-5225.
