Rock-climbing and Curling

Rock-climbing

When it comes to getting fit and staying active, some are happy to beat a path on the road, or a treadmill.

But there are others looking for a different kind a challenge — a vertical one. They crave that slow and steady climb, fighting gravity every inch of the way. But before you head out in search of your rocky playground, it’s wise to get a foothold on some training.

The folks at Project Climbing Centre understand the need for a challenge, and they’re there to help. They offer courses from beginner to advanced, and provide training in their 9,000-square-foot centre. They also have a full schedule of drop-in times for all ages.

If rock climbing doesn’t appeal, maybe throwing rocks will.
